Commissions
I do occasionally draw commission original artwork as time permits. My current prices are listed below, and I’m flexible if you have a special request.
However, please note that this is a side effort for me, and unfortunately I have limited time to draw. Therefore, I don’t generally commit to specific timelines. If you aren’t in a hurry, please feel free to contact me to discuss your idea!
Sketch – Charcoal or Graphite
A sketch is a simple drawing, typically using charcoal or graphite depending on the size. Sketches can typically be completed faster and are less detailed.

Drawing – Graphite
A drawing provides more detail, typically using graphite for finer lines. Drawings take a bit longer, but they are the best way to capture your subject in black and white.

Colored Pencil/Pastel
The ultimate way to capture your subject, a colored drawing allows for greater realism and contrast. This media takes significantly longer to create.

FAQ
What materials do you use?
I typically use Strathmore Bristol Smooth 300 Series white paper and high quality pencils. I can also use white pencils on black paper, or toned gray or tan paper, which can help lighter colored subjects really pop!
What kind of photo will you need?
In order to create as quality artwork as possible, I need to use a high resolution photo of your subject. You should provide a photo with the pose you wish to create, but it is also helpful to send additional photos of your subject, as that can help with capturing additional detail.
How long will it take?
As noted above, this is a side gig, and therefore I’m not able to commit to any specific timelines. I will do my best to deliver as quickly as possible, but some pieces will take longer than others.
When do I pay?
Upon completion of the piece, I will send you a digital copy for your review. Once paid in full, I will mail or deliver the original artwork.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I typically accept Paypal, which allows you to safely use any credit card. If you wish to use another form of payment, contact me.
